Perry Summer Reading Program

Join the Perry Summer Reading Program “Reading Drives Success!”  Record the titles of at least

five age appropriate books, magazines, etc. that you read this summer.  Bring this reading form to the library

during the first week we are back at school (by Aug. 26^th). Then you will be invited to join Ms. Rosewood and other

students at Perry for a reading celebration in September. If you participate in the public library Summer Reading program be sure to count those books! Earn treats there and here.

You may write on any paper.  Include your name and ID number, title, what the book was about, describe your favorite characters, and tell about the problems he or she faced.

Extra Incentive!

Read 1 to 4 books – You’ll be entered in a drawing to win $5.00.

Read 5 to 9 books – You’ll be ent4ered in a drawing to win $25.00.

Read 10 or more books – You’ll be entered in a drawing to win $50.00.
